Improving Services for Children - Excellence for All
A support pack has been published by HMI to assist services, individually and in partnership, to develop knowledge and skills in self-evaluation.
The support materials, which are also available on the HMIE website, provide:
guidance on organising staff development events on self-evaluation of services for children and young people;
sample templates of event programmes
exemplar presentations on key aspects of self-evaluation;
and exemplar workshop activities.
The materials are capable of being customised to particular circumstances.
