Mentoring
Shelagh Rae formerly Director of Education and Cultural Services in Renfrewshire is working with VSCS to develop a mentoring scheme for newly appointed Directors and Heads of Service in Education and Children’s Services. The scheme is now up and running and more information can be found in the Coaching and Mentoring pages.
Training for mentors and mentees is being organised with the help of the Scottish Leadership Foundation. The first round of training took place in September 2006.
