ACTION LEARNING SETS

Action Learning Sets are currently being offered to Directors of Education and Children's Services who have participated in the Leadership workshops which have been led by Norman Drummond.

The sets provide opportunities for a small group of colleagues to meet regularly to share professional issues and seek coaching support from the group before determining further action.
